The project is renovating a house for more than 30 years.
Is it the first time we have cooperated with customers in the renovation of the home. In the case, the owner liked to DIY. Therefore, during the construction of the project, it was entirely conducted by Original One and the client. For the first time, it was a cooperation with the non-professional construction team.

This case is unique. In response to customer requests, is impossible to make significant changes in the wall, space, and water and electricity. However, in fact, whether it is the love of DIY or the cost limit, it does not affect the improvement of the living environment. By pre-planning the moving line, selecting furniture and positioning, it can also change the space and make the living environment more comfortable.

 

這是一個舊屋返新的設計案例，按照業主要求將一個超過三十年的物業返新。

這次是第一次跟客戶合作進行家居活化改造，個案中業主喜歡自己DIY進行返新，故在工程的進行中，完全是由Original One與客戶一同進行，首次與非專業施工隊伍合作，是一件相當有趣的事情。

 

這次案例較為特別，因應客戶要求，在牆身、間隔、水電上均無法進行大幅改動。但其實無論是熱愛DIY還是因成本所限，並不影響改善居住環境，透過重新規劃動線、選擇家具及其擺位，亦可以改變空間，令居住環境更加舒適。
